Ritika is a Partner at Singhania and Co. LLP, Solicitors & Advocates. She has extensive experience working across Direct Taxes, Corporate Law and Exchange Control Laws.
Her core expertise is into direct tax advisory (Taxability and mitigation with respect to businesses, transactions and structures) , direct tax compliances & litigation, regulatory compliances, business restructuring (Mergers / Demergers / Hive-offs), advising on tax efficient structures for Inbound/Outbound Investment , tax optimization strategies, direct tax due diligence and M&A advisory.
She is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2005 and a registered Insolvency Professional (IBBI) since 2019.
She has handled assignments for tax advisory for large public sector undertakings, infrastructure companies, multi-national corporates and also litigations for corporates upto Tribunal level.
In the past she has also been associated with the Big4 accounting firms like KPMG, PwC and Deloitte.
