About
Nishidh is an advocate and a registered patent agent whose
areas of practice spans across intellectual property rights,
healthcare laws, contracts, information technology,
corporate, civil, criminal, and other allied fields of law.
Prosecution and registration of trademarks, patents, industrial
designs, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights also
constitutes a part of our practice. We work closely with clients
in devising effective and aggressive enforcement strategies,
which include conducting infringement investigations, drafting
and issuing legal notices, registering IP rights, and taking
appropriate actions before the concerned authorities.
Our Ahmedabad team represent clients before various courts
namely the Hon’ble Gujarat High Court, the Hon’ble District
Civil and Sessions Courts, National Company Law Tribunal,
Real Estate Regulatory Authority & Appellate Tribunal,
Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions etc. We advise
clients on strategic and contentious matters on aforesaid
domains.
