business operations and transactions.
In his corporate career spanning over three decades has worked
in strategic leadership positions in leading Indian MNCs/MNC like
Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Limited, DLF, Future Retail,
Bharti Airtel International (Netherlands) B.V Kenya. In his most
recent assignments, he worked as Group Vice-President (Legal)
& Group Company Secretary with Cummins India Limited Pune.
and Advisor (Legal & Secretarial) with Blue Star Limited, Mumbai
He specializes in business contracts management, litigation
management, legal compliances management, M&A, Duediligence, company law and corporate governance, real estate
acquisitions & leasing transactions and Insolvency and
Bankruptcy Laws. He is also a visiting faculty and external quality
control panel member at Symbiosis Law School Pune.
