Apeksha Lodha is a Partner at the Firm and has rich experience in the field of civil and commercial litigation and
arbitration.
She completed her B.A LL.B from Jindal Global Law School, O.P
Jindal Global University, Sonipat in 2016.
She appears regularly before District Courts, High Courts and
Supreme Court. She has dealt with matters pertaining to
contractual disputes, maritime law, negotiable instruments
act, arbitration. She has appeared before the High Courts in
writ jurisdiction representing oil and gas companies,
educational institutions, insurance companies and
infrastructure companies.
