Abhishek Jain is a Partner at Singhania & Co. LLP, Solicitors and Advocates and heads the criminal litigation practice of the firm in Delhi-NCR. Abhishek is an Engineer-turned-Litigator with Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University (2007-11) and in law from Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law - IIT Kharagpur (2011-14). Backed by experience of 9+ years in the field of litigation, Abhishek specializes in criminal and intellectual property laws, while also regularly handling commercial suits, civil suits, real-estate transactions and disputes, and matrimonial litigations. Abhishek represents clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, Specialized Tribunals, NCLT and NCLAT. He also takes active interest in start-ups and entrepreneurial ventures, and advices them on due diligence, regulatory framework and compliance aspects. He renders zealous and devoted representation to every client in every case.
