Kalyani Sharma is a Partner at Singhania & Co., where she advises diverse business verticals on corporate and commercial law, providing strategic legal counsel on a wide range of issues. She also formulates litigation strategies that align with clients' commercial objectives, ensuring effective legal solutions tailored to their business needs.
She is a member of the Bar Council of India, and also a member of Austria based International group of Worldwide Independent Lawyers League (WILL) and International Legal Alliance (ILA), an invite only group of International lawyers.
She is on the board of FINQUEST SOLUTIONS PVT LTD(FSL), a Mumbai Based NBFC as an Independent Women Director. She is also a part of the Audit Committee as well as Nomination and Remuneration Committee of FSL.
