An advocate is someone who speaks on behalf of another person, especially in a legal context. Not only one experienced advocate has experience and expertise in solving all types of legal issues, but also they help in offering quality services meeting client’s requirements and expectations. A solicitor is a member of one of the two principal branches of the legal profession, who does not automatically have full rights of audience. One solicitor represents the parties in a transaction, who takes care of all the legalities. The Solicitor General for India is subordinate to the Attorney General of India. The Solicitor General for India is the second law officer of the country, who helps the Attorney General. He is assisted by four additional solicitors general for India.
